I don’t recommend purchasing from this dealer ship or doing business with this dealership. All they care about is numbers and rank. They can careless if the customer is satisfied or happy. I was the person who mentioned the upcharge in the vehicle from 13000 to 14500, But because even after the gap coverage I'm underwater on my car I've been looking into the finances. $8,000 for a finan vehicle from 13000 to 14500, But because even after the gap coverage I'm underwater on my car I've been looking into the finances. $8,000 for a financing charge. And I ended up paying $25,000 on a car that was advertised for $13,000. That's So far. I owe $3,000 more according to the financing company. It's all interest the principal is paid off. More
The experience with Kristen in financing was miserable. I told her I was in a hurry and just needed to get paperwork done but she insisted on trying to hard upsell me on added coverages. Then, I found a few days later when I couldn't start or lock my car via the app that they gave me a vehicle with the wrong VIN number! Because of this, all paperwork had to be redone which we did electronically. BUT, then after seemingly being done signing all the paperwork again they realized the odometer statements can't be done electronically they had to have someone come interrupt me at work to sign them. To top it off, it took almost a month to pay off my trade in which cost me money in interest which they have not offered to compensate me for. What should have been the easiest sale of the year for them because I literally had the vehicle selected before I got there ended up being a very frustrating, time consuming, inconvenient and bad experience all around. My salesman Ryan did a good job trying to keep things going in spite of all of the failures of the dealership he works for. More
