I was disappointed when purchasing out the lease of my vehicle. The dealership tried to charge a significant more than the residual value and if I had not had my original paper work I believe that is what vehicle. The dealership tried to charge a significant more than the residual value and if I had not had my original paper work I believe that is what they would have charged me. Also I had 1 payment left on the lease and I was told on the phone that would be waived if I purchased the vehicle because of a current promotion at the time but it was rolled into the final price and then there was some unexplained taxable fee of $230 added to the cost of the vehicle. There appeared to be some confusion between the salesman and the sales manager because the salesman kept going back to the sales manager everytime I questioned the cost. More
