Debra was very helpful from the minute we pulled into the service bay! They arranged for the porter to take my wife and myself to a local restaurant. She called an hour and a half later to let us know the service bay! They arranged for the porter to take my wife and myself to a local restaurant. What bothered me about Deborah Springer was I went to her asking for clarification on what is wrong with our vehicle, she kept talking on her personal call no respect for customer urgency.
