Feldman attempted to gouge me. $670 to replace 4 headlight bulbs. The service writer lied to me. I decided to not have the bulbs replaced. As I was leaving the dealer I noticed tha $670 to replace 4 headlight bulbs. The service writer lied to me. I decided to not have the bulbs replaced. As I was leaving the dealer I noticed that my headlight did not work. Service was unable to get them working. Another service told me that new bulbs had to be installed in order to diagnosis the no headlight problem I left the dealer with no headlights. This is the second time that Feldman tried to gouge me. This related to the collision department—dropped off car for repairs July 22. Expected it to becompleted by. August 4. It had not even been started. Pick up was a week later August 10. Unfortunately, having an appointment doesn't seem to mean much. The first time I experienced this, I waited a day. Most recently, I waited two days past my appointment just for my car to be looked at. I ende much. The first time I experienced this, I waited a day. I'm giving them a 2 because when I have had my car serviced here I have always been happy with the results. I also think everyone has been nice and helpful. Just wish that the appointment estimates were more accurate. More
