Service was quick and painless, in and out with 40 minutes or so. The staff was nice and respectful. The gentleman who I worked with was top notch. I reserved a new lease, while trading in my current. The dealer changed my plate and told me to come back in a few days to pick up my new lease. The vehicle came in and the dealer then told me that my d The dealer changed my plate and told me to come back in a few days to pick up my new lease. The vehicle came in and the dealer then told me that my determined/approved monthly payment price had increased by $120 (for no reason) and if I didn't come get it today (this was a Saturday), they would give the vehicle away to someone else before I could get there on Monday. The dealer ran my credit 4 different times and communicated a credit score that was completely incorrect from what my actual is. I still am driving around with the dealer plate and nobody ever followed up with me again. More
