I had a great experience. I worked with James Holmes, and he could not have been any better to work with. I drove out for a test drive on Thursday and purchased the car the next day, and James was a major selling point for me...very low pressure and just great customer service from everyone. Don provided exceptional service! ! When I had a question, he answered it or found the answer promptly. He was patient with me despite my constant issues. At no benefit to him, he assi ! I got lost getting to the Service department and employees in the parking lot were very gracious in getting me to where i needed to be. The service department was good, but Chevrolet makes it extremely difficult to obtain a second key FOB without paying a LOT of money for it. I was only given 1 FOB with my new car (at a different dealershi extremely difficult to obtain a second key FOB without paying a LOT of money for it. I was only given 1 FOB with my new car (at a different dealership) and had to pay almost $400 to get a second one made. More
