Service was outstanding---Pete kept me posted as to repair status, and also arranged for courtesy rides for me, and Tech Jake did a difficult repair ahead of schedule. Visited this local dealership in search of a hybrid/electric vehicle. Our sales person was Dave Wilson and he took care of us from Day 1. He was able to share the info we needed to make our deci hybrid/electric vehicle. Our sales person was Dave Wilson and he took care of us from Day 1. He was able to share the info we needed to make our decision about purchasing a new vehicle. It took a couple of weeks for the car to actually get delivered due to logistics, but Dave made sure to keep in contact with us. Once we got to dealership to pick up the vehicle, the car was clean and ready to go. Of course the process and paperwork took some time but we didn't have to sit around and wait. Marc was our finance guy and he also helped make the purchase experience a memorable one as well. Definitely a pleasant experience with everyone we were in contact with at this dealership. Lastly, their dealership was clean/organized and that's the cherry on top. Other than that, we are definitely happy with our new 2022 hybrid sedan, thanks Dave! More
