We have always had to bring our vehicle back a 2nd time because they broke something else or never bothered to fix the initial problem. Reached out to the general manager… crickets. Staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I was hung up on and ignored. Was told my car was ready only to leave work early to get there and find my car disassembled and the staff gone. So cou I was hung up on and ignored. Was told my car was ready only to leave work early to get there and find my car disassembled and the staff gone. So couldn’t even take my vehicle home. Sever lack of communication with the staff. Overall horrible experience! I will not be going back to Feldman New Hudson ever again! More
