Recently purchased a car with dealership. Jackson was sales assoc. very good with one issue on the day of purchase. Jackson did not share pertinent info regarding connection services for the vehicle. Ended up calling dealership and spoke with another assoc who assisted me. I had to call CS to reset connection and found out further information regarding subscription that was not shared during purchase. Had to visit neighbor dealer to complete transaction due to no cashier at Hyundai on a Saturday. Cashier was very bland with no emotion other than looking like she did not like her job. Finance assoc seemed like he did not want to be at his job either. All in all we were satisfied but wish we had the experience of someone being excited to sell us a car. More

The representative from Feldman, Tom R, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to not only find us the right vehicle that checked all of our boxes, but to work with us on the deal that worked for helpful. He went out of his way to not only find us the right vehicle that checked all of our boxes, but to work with us on the deal that worked for us as well. Even the gentlemen that helped draw up paperwork and process the financing were extremely easy to work with. They answered all of my questions quickly and helped to walk me through doing all of the needed paperwork electronically since I was driving a few hours to get there. Even though it’s a road trip to get there, I would gladly shop from Feldman’s again. More
