Went in for a repair, car was misdiagnosed for a hefty 7k repair, warranty denied claim (which was sold to me by Feldman credit. They Had my car for almost a month before I took it elsewhere. My SUV was returned properly repaired. I didn't appreciate I was without a vehicle for a week. I'm on dialysis and had to rely on there's for rides. No loaner was available. I still can't believe that a new SUV had a bent piston rod when I only have 10,000 miles on it. Is this a lemon? More
