I brought it in on Monday, part ordered Tuesday, promised Thursday to complete. Would be a good story if it was complete Thursday, But, Friday came and went and I could not be without a car for the next 3 da Thursday to complete. Would be a good story if it was complete Thursday, But, Friday came and went and I could not be without a car for the next 3 days because they were to busy to fix mine. So bring it in next Tuesday and maybe we will do it but will be without a car another two days maybe. So we will see. Oh I just brought it the week before and they didn’t find that a window didn’t work and delivered to me anyway. So two weeks of ownership with one week of use so far. Not thinking they will get it done. More

Used New Hudson location because of availability instead of Novi which was scheduled busy for two weeks. The staff was friendly. The work was completed within a reasonable time and the waiting room was com of Novi which was scheduled busy for two weeks. The staff was friendly. The work was completed within a reasonable time and the waiting room was comfortable with good Wi-Fi for me to do some work. The only minor complaint I had was there were no water bottle in the mini fridge. I will choose this location over Novi next time. More
