Let me start off by saying STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! !! I placed an order for a 2022 1500 ltz on March 15th. Put the order in and placed my $1500 security deposit, also mentioned to my sales rep, Julia t !! I placed an order for a 2022 1500 ltz on March 15th. Put the order in and placed my $1500 security deposit, also mentioned to my sales rep, Julia that I get employee pricing. I was given the build sheet and order sheet for the truck that shows MSRP/GMS/Invoice/Supplier pricing. Julia said she would give me weekly updates on my order. A more recent update I received on April 29th, Julia mentioned that my order was to start building on the 9th of May and let’s keep our fingers crossed. Did not hear from her again until May 19th. Julia called me and left a message about my order status. She starts off by saying she is unsure if the truck even got started on the build and that GM(General Motors) Feldman Chevy that there is an $8,000(eight thousand dollars, that's right 8k) increase in price. After listening to the message I quickly called Julia to ask her what the $8,000 increase was about. She proceeded to lie to me when I first asked if it was GM or Feldman, at first she said it was GM due to supply and demand. It wasn't until the second time I had to ask, “Was it GM or Feldman?” She did finally say it was this shady dealer adding $8,000 to a sold order with a $1500 security deposit on it. Also keep in mind this truck wouldn’t have all the features due to supply, so they’re trying to add $8k to an unfinished truck. At this time (May 19th @ 8:12pm) was the first that I was aware of Feldman adding ADP. Nowhere in the last two months was this brought up or mentioned to me. After getting off the phone with Julia, I took matters into my own hands, because it's clear that no one at Feldman is working for me. I called GM direct and filed a complaint against the dealership. Also called the GM of Feldman, Billy Fohey and left a message (May 19th). I waited until noon Friday (May 20th) with no returned call. I then called the other sales managers, on Feldman’s website they show two sales managers but only give one phone number, left messages for them. I called the GM Billy Fohey AGAIN and left another message. After three phone calls and no returns, I then called their main desk number and just asked for the manager. After talking to sales manager Pat, He mentioned to me that Julia had a "few" orders with issues (issues being the outrageous $8,000 ADP). He also said that the GM Billy Fohey would call me Monday, none of my phone calls have been returned yet, and I just told him that I will personally come to the stealership Monday to talk to Billy Fohey. To shine some more light on this place, on April 25th I received a text message from Julia asking me to write a fake review on Facebook. Quote "Hi Anthony forgot to mention that we're having a Facebook contest here at the dealership that I’m trying to win, lol. Would you be willing to go to our Facebook page, Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson and give me a positive review wink face, thank you so much smiley face". Nothing about this is funny or even close to good business, also why would I write a review for a product that I haven't received yet or even know the full status of. This would be my second order from Feldman New Hudson alone, not to mention other Chevy purchases I’ve made in my life. This by far takes the cake for THE WORST DEALER EVER and I’ve even bought a Ford before. More
