The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. I planned this purchase after a long decision-making process. I had an appointment for the final purchase and during that appointment, the salesman had to bala this purchase after a long decision-making process. I had an appointment for the final purchase and during that appointment, the salesman had to balance another customer in between. He said it was the finance department process that took so long. I did everything I was asked online beforehand, The choice was made many days ahead. Being "crunched" for time, the salesman gave me a 5-minute rushed "overview" of how things worked. It was NOT his fault. I purchased a Hyundai, not a Chevrolet. More
