Peter in service is the best service rep from all the dealers I have ever used hands down. Peter should be teaching this position to all other reps and you would in turn get people to boost new customer dealers I have ever used hands down. The rating is based on lack of communication from Feldman Highland who facilitated the work and transfer of my vehicle for service to New Hudson. Dropped off car on Dec 31, 2021 and was ready almost a month Highland who facilitated the work and transfer of my vehicle for service to New Hudson. Dropped off car on Dec 31, 2021 and was ready almost a month later on Jan 28, 2022. No courtesy calls received with status until after I made several calls and left several messages for an update at different points of the process. This was not a positive experience. Communication and Customer Service Skills are key. More
