Communication from the dealer was excellent and reassuring. I was pleased that the mechanic went the extra mile to be sure there was no engine damage. Genesis Dealership within overall Hyundai is poor brand marketing. We are buying an 80K car… not a 20K one - ans the experience needs to reflect that. Also - APR wasn’t clarified till time of signing. marketing. We are buying an 80K car… not a 20K one - ans the experience needs to reflect that. Also - APR wasn’t clarified till time of signing. 0.25% MORE bcos I didn’t have direct deposit from the bank providing the loan. I was simply told I was ‘approved’ - so assumed rate was what was advertised. I would recommend for Hyundai. Not sure about Genesis. More
