I was disappointed when I took my car in for a reoccurring problem with the transmission and ended up leaving my car for a week to have it fixed due to the tech having to take a training class and reoccurring problem with the transmission and ended up leaving my car for a week to have it fixed due to the tech having to take a training class and Ford not approving a warranty fix. Because I didn't pay for the first repair warranty is only 12 months 12,000 miles, but now that I had to pay some of the repair the warranty is 24 months unlimited miles what kind of double standard is this? More
