Service received was OK, as expected. What I was confused abut was why my seat had been totally moved, not just moved back as I expected but height also. My steering wheel had been moved also and radio stati abut was why my seat had been totally moved, not just moved back as I expected but height also. I appreciate this dealership allowing me to do most of my signing virtually as I live with people who are high risk for COVID. However despite this request I was told I still needed to come in to the buildin signing virtually as I live with people who are high risk for COVID. However despite this request I was told I still needed to come in to the building to sign the title. I work in healthcare and when I entered that building I was astounded to see all but one employee NOT wearing masks. Thank goodness for the single employee who DID wear a mask which is the only reason I gave them a single star. I hope none of the employees, their friends/ family, or any other patrons who enter maskless need a hospital admission if they catch COVID because hospital beds in both this region and across the nation are filling up to the point where those who need non-COVID care can’t get a bed either. I will not continue to patron a place with so little disregard for its employees and customers. Enter at your own risk apparently. More
