They had my car for a week with no loaner or rental availabile. They kept blaming it not being done on time due to an inexperienced technician and claiming that they were giving it to a more experience availabile. We've bought 2 vehicles from Feldman highland....This is our first vehicle we've bought from the Feldman New Hudson location and we couldn't be happier! James and Brittney were very helpful, patient and ac our first vehicle we've bought from the Feldman New Hudson location and we couldn't be happier! James and Brittney were very helpful, patient and accommodating in the purchase of our new Hyundai (our third Feldman purchase). Steve was thorough with our paperwork and Jake did a great job detailing. Chris was patient running numbers for us and was also very organized in the transition. My husband and I are so glad James suggested driving the Tuscan. We will be returning to the New Hudson location for our next vehicle purchase and have already referred the dealership to many friends and family.
