Brought my vehicle in for a squeak noise issue coming from rear suspension. I had an appointment for that day. When I arrived at 7:30 am I was told that they won’t even look at it until tomorrow (then from rear suspension. I had an appointment for that day. I showed the service advisor the noise just by pushing down by hand on the truck bed. Next day comes, and was told the technician actually did look at it the day I brought it in. Said he test drove it and could not hear a noise. Service advisor told me the technician was working on an “important” job and could not look at it any further that day. I was frustrated and just took the vehicle back. I still hear the noise. Will not be back to New Hudson Feldman and will not recommend them to anyone. More

Bought used truck and have already replaced a headlight, two tail lights, assist steps are broken, and brakes have already started screeching. When I began the process of purchasing a car I said I wanted a 2022 Stormy Blue Santa Fe SEL. I was able to test drive what I thought was a 2022. It was a 2021. I was then given pricing including a $5 wanted a 2022 Stormy Blue Santa Fe SEL. I was able to test drive what I thought was a 2022. It was a 2021. I was then given pricing including a $500 dealer courtesy. My husband took my frame in to get it appraised based on the mailer. We were concerned when he was informed about the extra cost to prep the car for the trade in. (Very misleading flyer). My husband settled on a price and Lance said bring a check and we could pick up the car. When we went to pick up the car we discovered Lance had prepared a 2021 not the 2022 I had asked for. He then redid the pricing. The $500 dealer courtesy pricing was no longer valid and the price was not what was quoted being a 2022. Upon checking out we found out there were other dealer charges I had not requested of over $2,000. When we finally got the car another salesman brought the car out (Lance was busy with another customer). My husband discovered paint spots on the front bumper. They took kit to collision to try and get the paint off. Not successful. I was told the collision manager would call and set up a time to bring it in. No call for 2 weeks. I called Lance and he finally had the manager call me. He said they needed it for around 3 days. We set a date of August 25. I brought the car to the Hyundai dealership and waited for 20 minutes in line at the service entrance. I finally went in as no one was in the intake area and was told to take it over to the Chevy collision. I ran into Lance who went with me and said come back to the Hyundai showroom to arrange for a loaner. As I said earlier, I was told around 3 days and they would call me. Lance was busy with another customer and a couple of other men were given the task of finding a loaner. They obviously didn’t know how to accomplish this and Lance finally intervened and gave me the loaner. On Friday, after 3 days, I called to find out about my car. I was told they were going to try to have it that day. No call. I called on Monday to find out a projected completion. I was told it was on the list to complete. Again, no call. On Tuesday I called again and said it doesn’t matter how long since I had the loaner, but I just need to know what date so I could rearrange my schedule again. They finally had it ready mid-day on Tuesday. The lady took me all the way to the back of the parking lot to get my car. I asked how to get out of the parking lot since we were by the freeway by then. She said over there it will take you behind the Walmart. I said I didn’t know where the Walmart was as I am not from that area. She then commented that people that come to their dealership are from the area and know where Walmart is. I never received an orientation to my new car as I have at every other dealer. It was particularly important as there are many features that I am still figuring out. If I could have gotten my car anywhere else I would never have purchased it from Feldman. More
