James was the Sales Manager that generated the numbers and explained the entire quote to me in detail. Even the three columns that contained an over abundance of Nine's. Derrick was the finance manager and had he in/out of his office in under 15 minutes after signing the entire deal. Service and sales was good. Only draw back was I had a brand new vehicle that I had to leave in service for 2 weeks to get Air Bag fixed on a 2 week old truck. All is good, just a little concerning.
