I sent the appointment up. I told them I needed an oil change rotation and the new air filter. They did the oil change rotated the tires but had no air filter in stock. Met in a timely manner. With no car on lot to see we still left after buying car - sight unseen. Car did come in in 8 days. Had a few bumps on lift door, and will be taken car of by GM.
