The appointment is easy to make and the shuttle service is excellent. However, I think the repair service should improve. Brought my vehicle in for a squeak noise issue coming from rear suspension. I had an appointment for that day. When I arrived at 7:30 am I was told that they won’t even look at it until tomorrow (then from rear suspension. I had an appointment for that day. When I arrived at 7:30 am I was told that they won’t even look at it until tomorrow (then why did you set an appointment for me for that day?). I showed the service advisor the noise just by pushing down by hand on the truck bed. Next day comes, and was told the technician actually did look at it the day I brought it in. Said he test drove it and could not hear a noise. Service advisor told me the technician was working on an “important” job and could not look at it any further that day. I was frustrated and just took the vehicle back. I still hear the noise. Will not be back to New Hudson Feldman and will not recommend them to anyone. More
