Transparent, efficient and professional best describe my last buying experience with the Sales Staff at the Feldman (New Hudson) store. Found me my Blazer, appraised my trade-in and me driving my new SUV i last buying experience with the Sales Staff at the Feldman (New Hudson) store. Found me my Blazer, appraised my trade-in and me driving my new SUV in less than 90 minutes. TRANSPARENT! Tom is a Retired Marine and really makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. James was the Sales Manager that generated the numbers and explained the entire quote to me in detail. Even the three columns that contained an over abundance of Nine's. Derrick was the finance manager and had he in/out of his office in under 15 minutes after signing the entire deal. Fourth vehicle I've purchased/leased from Tom Rollison and I send all my relatives, fellow employees and people from my church to him. Great Job and the way through the process and FAST. Service and sales was good. Only draw back was I had a brand new vehicle that I had to leave in service for 2 weeks to get Air Bag fixed on a 2 week old truck. All is good, just a little concerning. Poor communication through the repairs process. Multipoint inspection wasn't completed at all. Tire pressure was low prior to bringing the vehicle to the dealership and still flagged as low in GMC Multipoint inspection wasn't completed at all. when I was there on Monday, the price of the car I wanted was $25,500. When I asked for the price to be lowered to $24,000 they lowered it $1000 and added $1500 in interior and exterior coatings. The sales manager wanted to FORCE me to buy the coatings. His reasoning was that the coatings were ALREADY applied so I should pay for them. I refused as they were not in the advertised price of the car as they should have been if it was mandatory. Then I discovered on Thursday they had lowered the price to $23,888 and didn't call me. I called Bill Kief and told him I wanted the car ONLY. We did the deal. I then found out two days later tiny yellow spots on three sides of the car. I believe them to be from yellow safety paint overspray. I removed them myself with great difficulty. I then found two old writing pens in the driver's door pocket. I also found the data sheet with my key codes (which are supposed to be given to me when I buy the car) jammed down between the center console and the passenger side seat. If this car was "detailed" it was a lousy job. I give Bill five stars for being personable and helpful but I can't say the same for management and your detail department. More
