I sent the appointment up. I told them I needed an oil change rotation and the new air filter. They did the oil change rotated the tires but had no air filter in stock. Very Professional people Deborah was very attentive and explained everything I needed. Met in a timely manner. With no car on lot to see we still left after buying car - sight unseen. Car did come in in 8 days. Had a few bumps on lift door, and will be taken car of by GM.
