It was a terrible experience. I was told to pick up new vehicle on Saturday, that I did paperwork and down payment on Thursday. When my family and I arrived at the Feldman we were asked to wait for our sal vehicle on Saturday, that I did paperwork and down payment on Thursday. The salesman pulled us into his cubicle to let us know that the vehicle was being used and we would have to wait until Monday for delivery. After all that hassle the vehicle was missing the carpet floor mats. I was told by salesman and manager that they would get them to me. I have not received them and they stopped taking my calls. That was in May. Just want what I paid for. More

I was charged $900 additional, after agreeing on the lease price and having the SUV for 2 days. This was after I had signed documents stating "no out of pocket" money from me.
