I have been working with Kevin and Feldman Chevrolet on my radio problem for over a month now, NOTHING…. I even opened a ticket up with GM… Still nothing. I have been a FORD person for almost 40 years.. My my radio problem for over a month now, NOTHING…. I even opened a ticket up with GM… Still nothing. I have been a FORD person for almost 40 years.. Great experience working with Kevin in the service department! Dropped off the car on a Saturday knowing it was going to wait a bit and despite short staffing, the service was completed and the car av department! Dropped off the car on a Saturday knowing it was going to wait a bit and despite short staffing, the service was completed and the car available for pick up in just a couple of days. (Working from home, quick turnaround was a low priority.) More
