I have numerous reasons to be unhappy about my experience there but the one good thing was I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The most egregious issue was the lack of masks on sales person there but the one good thing was I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The most egregious issue was the lack of masks on sales personnel & staff! I came very close to leaving several.times. How shocking to see customer care was lacking in such a blatant fashion!! Also, I never received the promised tour of the dealership; I was not shown the basics of how to set up anything in my new car as my manual noted; and I am still waiting for the promised information regarding my Blue Link account. More

You guys used to be great. However, your hurry up and wait tactics are complete BS. I'll never set foot in that dealership again. And I was a 16 year customer. No more.
