Dealership is great. Bill was great to work with. The detailing guys could have been more thorough. Car was clean on the outside , but very dirty when we opened the hatch. Joe, Service Dept. Manager, is fantastic in correcting an error made by Feldman in Waterford, on M59. Joe spend a lot of time fixing an error that could have been avoided if the other Feldman dealer paid at error made by Feldman in Waterford, on M59. Joe spend a lot of time fixing an error that could have been avoided if the other Feldman dealer paid attention to what he was doing. However, service on my radio was absolutely terrible. I seriously doubt that the mechanic test drove my vehicle to where I suggested, and was told that GM would not replace my radio just because of static. I've lived here for the past 36 years, and have never had this problem before!!!!!!! More
