Joe, Service Dept. Manager, is fantastic in correcting an error made by Feldman in Waterford, on M59. Joe spend a lot of time fixing an error that could have been avoided if the other Feldman dealer paid at error made by Feldman in Waterford, on M59. Joe spend a lot of time fixing an error that could have been avoided if the other Feldman dealer paid attention to what he was doing. However, service on my radio was absolutely terrible. I seriously doubt that the mechanic test drove my vehicle to where I suggested, and was told that GM would not replace my radio just because of static. I've lived here for the past 36 years, and have never had this problem before!!!!!!! More

We were actually buying a Genesis but all the paperwork was done by the Chevy side and all managers seemed to be on the Chevy side. We had a slightly unusual situation for the licensing of our Genesis. O was done by the Chevy side and all managers seemed to be on the Chevy side. We were at the dealership for 5 hours taking delivery of our car and dealing with the business team in the Chevy dealership. After many different scenarios-most of which were actually illegal-we left with a temporary tag and the permanent tag was delivered to our door several days later More
