The sales process could have been smoother. Despite having purchased approximately 7 trucks before this recent purchase, I was initially assigned to a salesperson who left the dealership before the tra having purchased approximately 7 trucks before this recent purchase, I was initially assigned to a salesperson who left the dealership before the transaction was completed. All of my initial paperwork had been shredded. The truck was also missing the bed liner, despite the fact that I mentioned that it needed one several weeks before picking up the truck. That caused me to have to drive back to the dealership to get the bed liner installed burning my own time and gas. I do not live close to this dealership. Bryan Milder was helpful and I wish they would have assigned him to me when I arrived for my initial sales meeting. More

The overall car buying process took all day. That may be normal, I don't buy cars very often. My biggest concern is the follow up on repairs that were agreed upon after the purchase.
