Very poor communication regarding the rear passenger seat floor mat. Was told the floor mat would be in Wednesday May 04, now told 3-4 weeks. They change my oil and rotate the tires fine, but, I never feel as though much effort is put into diagnostics. I have gotten second opinions on some repairs they recommended and it's never as severe as never feel as though much effort is put into diagnostics. Recently, they said I needed a new catalytic converter, which is unheard of unless the thing basically rusts out. It was just an O2 sensor issue. Won't be coming back, which is frustrating because it is the closest to my house. Mike is just the middle man, I don't have a problem with him. More
