Not sure if I should be bringing it in for you to see what the engine computer is seeing or should I go through a few more tanks of gas and see if it stays off. More

Received letter from GM that my Chevy Volt needed an update to car's computer. I contacted the Feldman dealership in New Hudson and made an appointment with the service dept. When I arrived, I was gre update to car's computer. I contacted the Feldman dealership in New Hudson and made an appointment with the service dept. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and asked to wait in the customer waiting area and that it would take an hour or so. Forty minutes later, the service rep, Pete, came out and said it was all done. He showed me where the car was parked and off I went, confident that things were done correctly. I trust Feldman Chevrolet. You couldn't ask for a better dealer experience. More

It will soon be out of warranty "On 4/6 we met to resolve some issues that I had been trying to get someone at Feldman to deal with for over a year. Later that day I emailed asking you to split the two jobs on the estimate. On 4/14, having received no response, I called you and left voicemail to make sure you had received the email. You did respond that day by email to say you would get it done. I requested that you email it. 12 days later I’m still waiting. It is what I have come to expect from Feldman. I took the car to a local body shop with exactly the same request that I gave to you. Not to make the car look like new, just to make sure the rust on the repair done by Feldman was cleaned up and re-painted and to clean up the rust and paint the rocker panel where I had damaged the car - if that was all that was necessary to make sure the car remained safe, not to look like new, not to be perfect - and to not bother with any of the denting on the doors above the rocker panel. The estimate from the body shop was $450. Yours was over $3,500.00. I really wanted to do a fair comparison of the two estimates. It’s clear that two different jobs were bid. I don’t know what the problem with communication is, but i give up." More
