after a price is negotiated, Feldman adds on extras and shows the price with abbreviations, that unless you ask, you wouldn't even know what they are for. this practice borders on fraud. I have the Feldman maintenance package, therefore I have a few complimentary oil changes. I asked the service rep if it was possible to get full synthetic oil, they replied with “yes, that’s the only thin a few complimentary oil changes. I asked the service rep if it was possible to get full synthetic oil, they replied with “yes, that’s the only thing we use.” Great, I would have paid a little extra but since that is what they use anyways I went ahead with it. Once I received my work order it said “Semi synthetic” also, the window sticker said that I’m due for another oil change in 5k miles so it couldn’t possibly be full synthetic oil. Did NOT appreciate that. Especially considering that I work for Chevrolet and am constantly sending customers to our dealerships. More
