My experience overall was good, but service person (Peter Jezdimir) was not as attentive as when I usually visit the service dept., and see Matt. I wasn't as satisfied as previous times. I had another issue, but was told I'd have to return because they were to busy to look at it! The good thing was the service was complementary through GM for the 1st time for an oil change. Good customer service team. They were very accommodating. From what I can tell the techs are pretty good. The tech that worked on my transmission did an amazing job.
