Scheduled an appointment to have brakes replaced. Called after 6 hours and still hadn’t looked at the vehicle. Once inspected was told it needed additional repairs and vehicle would be ready next Called after 6 hours and still hadn’t looked at the vehicle. Once inspected was told it needed additional repairs and vehicle would be ready next day. I didn’t receive a call about status of vehicle next day. When I did call to inquire 2 days later, I was told the parts had come in late and they hadn’t performed the repairs yet. I never received a proactive call to provide a status on my vehicle, I had to call them. These were expensive repairs, I would have expected some level of customer service but seemed like I was a bother. Won’t be returning. More

We scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated. We were told that they needed 2 hours to complete this service in addition to a "recall notice" that was on our vehicle. Rather than stay with the vehicle we changed our plans to leave it there. Imagine our surprise when they called us 40 minutes later to tell us the oil change was complete but they could not do the recall as they did not have the correct parts in stock. Now we have to return another time for the "recall" repair. Also, the car wash has been "broken" for over a month. The Feldman "Cares" or "VIP" key badge is worthless. More
