Service was done quickly. And as far as it goes right now, I think it was done correctly. However, It gets a little frustrating when things happen like the oil change are forgotten and then charging me f now, I think it was done correctly. Also, the truck was filthy when I picked it up, no paper or plastic down and wet and greasy, everywhere. The thing that annoyed me the most was that the cup holders had at least an inch and a half of water in them, so when I got in and tossed my phone in the cup holder I almost had a n expensive catastrophe. 3 stars is generous. Bought my forth vehicle from Feldman. I was over miles on my lease (way over) and Feldman bought the truck instead of turning it in,and saved me thousands. Price compared with other dealers and other brands, my lease (way over) and Feldman bought the truck instead of turning it in,and saved me thousands. I was even comparing identical vehicles with identical rebates and still came out ahead at Feldman. Before Brian ever saw me he was working hard in my behalf to get me financed and to get me in a vehicle. From the moment I walked in the door until I got ready to drive off the lot every one that I came in to get me financed and to get me in a vehicle. When I say everyone I mean everyone, the young lady that cleaned the snow off my vehicle, the receptionist at the front door, and Nick the finance guy came out and let me know that he was wrapping up my paperwork and that we were almost done. This was not an all day adventure. I drove away with a completely detailed pre-owned vehicle with a full tank of gas. I will refer anyone to Brian Milder at Feldman Cheverolet New Hudson. This is the second car I have purchased from Feldman New Hudson. I have the GM discount and this dealership is close to my house. But I won’t return. 1) Both times I knew what car I wanted but still took Hudson. I have the GM discount and this dealership is close to my house. Ridiculous! 2) On my most recent purchase, a used car, the car was never detailed, the windshield was cracked and I was told to come back to get it fixed and an interior light was out - then I was asked to sign a 100+ point inspection document that had everything marked as working - including the windshield and lights. How can I trust the other items were truly inspected? Looks like they took the form and just marked it all satisfactory. 3) I purchased their service package with my first car but it takes a solid hour for just an oil change-even when I made my appointments for first thing in the morning. 4) With my first car a salesperson went over all the features with me. No such customer service with my second car - here are the keys, see ya. 5) The finance guy used to be very slimy, he tried fudging my income on my first car. Fortunately a new guy just started and he seems above board. More
