I would avoid this dealer. I have never seen one place avoid doing warranty work so much than this location. This is my 2nd Chevy Silverado, both have had many problems and recalls. I took my new 2020 in the other day with a very loud howl/ring coming from the inside of my truck. It only happens once you hit 80 and it directly connected with the gas pedal. As soon as you give it any gas it rings louder than the radio. So, my brand new chevy with only 4,000 is horrible to take on the highway. Took into the dealer where they tell me it from my exhaust and is normal operating conditions. Brand new $48,000 truck and a noise that can be heard over a radio, passengers asking me what that noise is, is normal operation conditions?!?!?! What a joke. The same dealer with my last Chevy told me my diff and oil lines were showing leakage. I took it to another dealer to see what they thought and they basically thought I was crazy. Ill be calling Chevy directly today about this. And the manager that runs that department, doesn't listen to anyone. As soon as he told me the problem with my new truck, I questioned it and he already had a quick answer for me. I knew not to even fight with him because of my last experience here. I only go here because it is by my work and I don't have many options for another car. Avoid this dealer. More

Horrible service here getting my Jeep worked on. Never again. We had to bring it back in again after it being in the shop for a week prior because they claimed they couldn’t see what was wrong.
