Not one of their better days. This is not the closest dealer to me but I drive the extra distance because in the past it has been worth it. Maybe they were short staffed this week. By 5:30pm I had called multiple times to get a status but couldn’t get in touch with anybody and received no response to my messages. After I finally was able to talk with a service manager suddenly the vehicle was ready. A little communication would have improved this situation. More

Love the new Cruze! The time I spent in the dealership was about 3.5 hours; I did wait on the accounting crew for a considerable time after Ben quickly helped me in the beginning of my visit.
