The last two times we've had our oil changed, and they've done the tire rotation. We've come home with one of our hubcaps hanging off. Barely hooked on. I brought my car in for an oil change and to try again to fix the cover of my front passenger seat. I had to leave the car overnight for the seat to be worked on, but the very nice service agent, Deborah, ke fix the cover of my front passenger seat. I feel that I was charged to much was suppose to replace tie rod and ball joint but was told the ball joint didn’t need to be replaced and I was still charged the full amount but when I look it up under gm tie rod and ball joint but was told the ball joint didn’t need to be replaced and I was still charged the full amount but when I look it up under gm the parts and labor should have been cheaper than what I was charged i feel like I was taken advantage and then I was told that the ball joint was loose so why was it not replaced and why was I charged the full amount. I am not happy with this dealership I still hear a rattling I feel like something was done to my car. I don’t drive the car so for it to have all these problems is ridiculous. When I brought it in the last time about a year ago he said everything was great so how did it go from being great to having all these problems. My car only has 22294 miles and I don’t go over bumps or pot holes so I’m concerned and I am going to look into why I was charged so much and if my ball joint goes bad Chevy will replace it for free since they were suppose to do it in the first place and then he is going to tell me it’s loose and when I questioned on why it wasn’t changed at the time it was suppose to. He contradicted himself and said it was suppose to be loose. I am very anger More
