I felt like customer service is not a priority there. I was told I would be called when my part came in but the representative never called me back. And he forgot to give me my free car wash on my oil change the first time I came. Everything was great. My only suggestion is to not have sports on the TV in the waiting room. When I was there there were three people working while waiting and the loud TV was irritating.
