I called to make sure a replacement mirror for my car was in stock before making a service appointment, which they said it was. The service was really slow. Our sales rep kept saying he would get back to my husband right away and well we never got a call back. My husband went in to get answers since we weren’t getting any. Granted we had a tough situation but another dealer was able to help me in half the time it took for this sales rep to get us to purchase my husband’s lease. Literally took over 6 hours to get this sale complete. And now the dealer keeps contacting my husband for the vehicle even though it’s in my name now. Just overall seemed unorganized More
