Did not add oil back into my car after an oil change and did not admit to mistake, making situation worse than it was. After maintaining regular oil changes for 10 years, my engine could be ruined because o did not admit to mistake, making situation worse than it was. Would have appreciated honesty and admission of mistake, but I guess they have too much pride to admit a mistake / love of money yo rip responsible people off. More
