I felt like customer service is not a priority there. I was told I would be called when my part came in but the representative never called me back. September 23 was the third vehicle I bought from Feldman Chevy in New Hudson (formerly Liberty Chevrolet). Going back to Matt Sayye (my 2009 Malibu), Tony Whiteman (my 2018 Equinox) and now a combination o Chevy in New Hudson (formerly Liberty Chevrolet). Going back to Matt Sayye (my 2009 Malibu), Tony Whiteman (my 2018 Equinox) and now a combination of Brad and Mike B (my 2020 Equinox Premiere AWD 2.0L), I have received nothing but wonderful service and consideration of my needs in terms of my vehicles. Brad and Mike were a great team and I know if I ever have a problem, they will be there for me without hesitation. Even my neighbor who came with me and just leased a Lincoln wishes she would have come to my dealer. She will next time! I have never taken any of these vehicles anywhere else for service either.
