They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied after another dealership messed up two of our vehicles. They even took a hit on a warranty repair that GM was not willing to pay because o satisfied after another dealership messed up two of our vehicles. They even took a hit on a warranty repair that GM was not willing to pay because of the other dealerships mistake. We had a bad time with Feldman in Livonia and were against using Feldman anywhere, but Deb was amazing and helped get the job done and earned our trust again!! Will continue to use them in the future. More
