Engine warranty work 2015 LTZ Impala I had a noise coming from my engine and had the car towed to the dealer. They did a.diagnostic test and called me with the results. I have purchased 3 new Chevy vehicles from them since 2010 and while their Customer Service has always been great—this time it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! There was a HUGE issue with the purchase of my 2018 vehicle, an issue that had not been encountered by the Feldman Chevrolet New Hudson team before. Not only did they go above and beyond to resolve the issue, they did it with impeccable professionalism, friendliness, grace, and above of all INTEGRITY! I doubt that other dealerships outside of The Feldman Group would have went to the extraordinary lengths that Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson went to in order to make sure the issue was resolved and I was satisfied and happy with both my vehicle and their Customer Service. I was already a loyal customer, but now I’m a loyal customer who realizes they are just as loyal to their customers and they treat us like family. Terrible Customer Service Experience I bought a car 3/2/2018 from Feldman. Only 3 short months later and 3500 miles, the motor completely failed on the car. After price gouging on the Tir I bought a car 3/2/2018 from Feldman. Only 3 short months later and 3500 miles, the motor completely failed on the car. After price gouging on the Tire and Wheel warranty as well. I have tried to reach out to managers, general managers and even my sales person but have had zero reply for a solution to my problem. I am now looking at over 7500 in repair costs to a car that I just spent 20k on. After bringing it to my local Subaru dealership, they informed me that I will need a new short block installed as well as new internals. I understand that is a risk you take buying a used car, but it's completely unacceptable that no one will even reach back out to me. I will never recommend anyone to go to any Feldman dealership. I've been in the car business for over a year and a half and I have never seen a customer ignored like this. I have taken many customers from Feldman and sold them a car from my dealership because of the customer service and shadiness of Feldman. This is not the salesperson's fault, this is solely a management fault. More

Great Experience Went in a few weeks ago with the intention of replacing the 2016 Trax I owned with a new Equinox/Traverse. Met Joe Swisz when I walked into the showro Went in a few weeks ago with the intention of replacing the 2016 Trax I owned with a new Equinox/Traverse. Met Joe Swisz when I walked into the showroom, and within ten minutes had pretty much narrowed down a specific car to look at. Informed me of rebates and programs up front, looked at an Equinox Redline, worked up numbers getting me out of the old vehicle and into the new and had a deal all within probably 45 minutes. This is now the fifth car I've purchased from the Feldman group, and would say that dealing with Joe was the best experience I have had with a car purchase. Being someone who works in the automotive sales field, I would highly recommend Joe, and Feldman, if you are looking to get a good deal and work with a great group of people. More
Very pleased I came into the New Hudson location in order to look at new 2017 Chevrolet Impala that was listed in inventory. I was looking to downsize from my Sil I came into the New Hudson location in order to look at new 2017 Chevrolet Impala that was listed in inventory. I was looking to downsize from my Silverado that I purchased the prior year. I explained my situation to Tom and he was very helpful. I also described a bad experience with another dealer and the staff at this location made sure that I was satisfied. We were ultimately able to reach a deal and I was driving away in my new car the next day. The sales manager finance associate, and Tom were all very professional and I will be seeing them again in the future. More

The first time it was great and I got a great car, so I returned to get another car and my experience This is my second time going to this dealership. The first time it was great and I got a great car, so I returned to get another car and my experience has been horrendous. I went in with a budget, told them what I wanted and for what price and they totally ignored what I said and brought me cars that were more expensive telling me what a great deal they were. Then left me sitting by myself for 15 to 20 minutes. I got up and left. 15 minutes later they called and said come on back we can work something out. So I ended up buying a car that was over budget but I liked it. 30 days later it overheated, I took it in and almost the whole coolant system needed to be replaced. Needless to say not everything was covered by the warranty and they told me it would cost me another 750.00 to fix it on top of the 10,000 dollars I spent 30 days before. the sales people and the manager I talked to were very rude and could care less about their customer.
