Worst Customer Service Ever Could not care less about customer satisfaction. Refused to provide me with another vehicle while mine was going to be repaired by them due to an acci Could not care less about customer satisfaction. Refused to provide me with another vehicle while mine was going to be repaired by them due to an accident. My choice of dealerships where to have towed for repairs. Vehicle is a lease and the rules of leasing is to keep the customer in a similar if not same vehicle as is leased. Was told NO on a vehicle and would not be finished for at least eight weeks. Had it taken to a different dealership and was given a vehicle same day and the repairs are nearly complete in two weeks. This place is THE WORST and sadly, I've used them in the past but will never go there again. More
