Have purchased/leased several vehicles from both Feldman Chev and Feldman Hyundai over the past 20 years. Rarely have the service visits been trouble free. On Monday, April 1st, after I picked up my car a Chev and Feldman Hyundai over the past 20 years. Rarely have the service visits been trouble free. On Monday, April 1st, after I picked up my car at the dealership I realized the security nuts were missing. I called back and spoke to Pete who informed me that the security lug nuts were bad and needed to be replaced. This was the first time he gave me this information….never mentioned it when I picked up my vehicle. He said he would order new ones since the old ones were disposed of without my knowledge. He also informed me I would have to pay for them, which is ludicrous since the only time they’ve been removed was by your service department. After being a loyal service customer, for years, the last thing I expected was to have to pay for replacements. On a positive note I was able to get an appointment in a short period of time that fit my schedule. I would suggest that you have live humans to answer your phones since I called several times and had to call back. This was after Pete supplied me with a number to reach him on at the beginning of my service appointment. More

Went to view a vehicle listed online, vehicle had unadvertised damage. Sales manager made up for the issue by reducing the price of the vehicle I ultimately ended up purchasing.
