I came to Feldman Chevrolet for a service appointment for an oil change. I was waiting for 2+ hours for my car. I saw my keys sitting there for 30 minutes before I went in and asked for them because I was go an oil change. I was waiting for 2+ hours for my car. I saw my keys sitting there for 30 minutes before I went in and asked for them because I was going to be late for work. The employee commented that the Hyundai dealership was across the street (implying that I should've gone there). I informed him that I was very much aware and I had brought my car to Feldman Chevrolet for an oil change previously and it was not an issue. Hyundai also did not have as many appointment times available. I was so disappointed! He apologized after that for the wait but I was still disappointed with how I was treated for going there. I'll be sure not to take my car back to Feldman Chevrolet - I would hate to inconvenience them! More
