Dealer lost my wheel lock key, then when I had to have my car towed a second time from a tire repair shop to the dealer, they offered nothing to me for their clear mistake. Wouldn't even offer to clear the cost of the second tow, or provide me with a new wheel lock key. The support rep even told me, "my manager won't do anything for you." I would rather drive 45 minutes to the next closest dealer than work with Feldman again. More
