Follow best practices at the time of presenting estimate, for example, knowing whether or not the customer is eligible for warranty coverage, more detail around the issue (how often do you see it? Etc). Also improve customer service with better handling of phone calls in general (not with this service advisor) — several cases of calls to the service desk not answered in general, hung up on, many calls put to voice mail on several occasions.
