The service advisor was helpful and professional- no problem with him. However I question the quality of work done at this dealer. In January 2025 I had front brakes service, pads and rotors. On Novembe problem with him. However I question the quality of work done at this dealer. In January 2025 I had front brakes service, pads and rotors. On November 11, I was in for service and mentioned that there was vibration coming from the front when braking. I was surprised to hear that front brake service was needed - new pads and rotors after just 10 months and 17,000 miles! Why?? poor replacement parts used?? the service tech did not do the job right in January??. I was also informed that the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty did not apply as I had driven 17,000 miles. As a result I was stuck with a $750 charge to have the brakes done again. No way you will convince me that another brake job should be needed so soon especially considering I had driven the car 6 1/2 years and 116,000 miles on the original brakes without a problem. Something doesn't add up here. More
