The mechanics just fixed the sensors, but did not fix the problem that I came in for. The truck still has the same problem, nothing was fixed, but it cost me 1500$, a simple test drive is all it would have t problem that I came in for. The Feldman Chevrolet service departments need help. Their work "seems satisfactory", but their concept of "time" needs a little work. They seem unable to handle the customer demand. Perhaps they have a "constraint" like not enough work bays, or not enough qualified technicians... either way, the customer WAITS. This seems a foolish practice, with revenue being lost, because they are not able to "push the work through". eh? More

I made an appointment online the day before came in for just an oil change and to have a recall checked on my 2022 blazer ( that was not done) and was charged $160, i did not notice the bill until i got ho just an oil change and to have a recall checked on my 2022 blazer ( that was not done) and was charged $160, i did not notice the bill until i got home that day and i was just sick to my stomach over it, over how much i paid! I should have paid more attention to what they were doing . It included a tire rotation and fuel cleaner, i just had my tires rotated a month before and did not need any of those extras. I just came in for an oil change like in the past. I received a call for a survey and the agent apologized and said we can most likely make it right and was told Deborah Springer the service advisor that helped me when i pulled my car in would call me she was at lunch, of course i never received a call back, very disappointed. I have always like Feldman in New Hudson and was hoping to continue coming back for more oil changes. More
